Salman Khan manages to get shy Sridevi on his show

Salman Khan is in a mood to make the second season of his ‘Dus Ka Dum’ even better and far successful than his first row. After Bollywood biggies like Katrina, Neil, Mallika and others he has managed to get otherwise media shy Sridevi on his show.
This would be Sridevi’s first appearance in a reality show. However, when Salman invited her for the show she just couldn’t refuse him because she is supposedly a fan of this actor and also because she is the producer of Salman’s next release ‘Wanted’. It may be mentioned here that the two have worked together in films like ‘Chand Ka Tukda’ and ‘Chandramukhi’. Though the episode is primarily a part of the promotion of the film ‘Wanted’ but the trio of Sridevi, her husband Boney Kapoor and Salman Khan shared some quality bonding over the show. Salman also gifted two of her paintings on the show and showed it to all.

John Abraham has had enough of his Baabul co-star’s seemingly inexlicable bouts of snide behaviour in public where Salman Khan has made it amply clear that there’s no love lost between the two actors, despite John trying to extend the olive branch by saying good things about Sallu.
John abraham, in his turn, now makes it clear that this issue has become too petty, and Sallu’s too insignificant, for him to give too much importance to. His nonchalance come through when he says, “I am just not bothered.. All I can do is brush it all off with a smile. In fact, the and this entire issue have no relevance in my life. I really don’t have time for all this. And i am not being arrogant. I am just being practical.”
SO what about rumours of a squabble between them during Baabul and Rockstars tour? He says, “Well, I had no issues with him any time during the concerts. I didn’t know what was happened until I returned to Mumbai and read reports in the papers about our hostility. And we hardly shot together for the film.”
John abraham adds, “As far as I am concerned I am very comfortable with everyone around me. I don’t like to work under any kind of stress and avoid it as much as possible. I am comfortable in my space, and thats what matters to me.”

Salman Khan Takes people for a ride!

Guess what’s Salman Khan’s latest obsession? It’s his set of expensive Hayabusa bikes which he loves to ride all the time. In, fact he is so obsessed with his new set of sports bikes that he rides to shoots also. And though some people like Miss Universe Zuleyka Rivera have been lucky to get a ride with the actor, lesser mortals haven’t had the privilege yet. Recently, an associate director of Ravi Chopra asked Salman for a ride on his bike, “He was so scared, he got off the bike and ran for his life and promised never to pillion ride with Salman,” laughs a unit member of Babul. Must say, it’s a smart move on Salman’s part to keep unwanted people at bay.

Salman Khan Votes for his movie

Salman Khan had a happy EID celebration, as his performance in his recently released Jaan-E-Mann has been talked about. But the star didn’t shy away from passing on the credit to his co-stars Akshay Kumar abd Preity Zinta. “Akshay is very good in the film,” salman was heard saying. And when asked which film he would like to see next - Umrao Jaan or Dhoom 2, guess what his reply was? “I am waiting for my next movies, Salaam-E-Ishq and Babul.”

Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor mobbed at jewelery show

Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor got mobbed by media persons when they came there to inaugurate Mumbai based designer Purva Kothari’s first jewellery exhibition. His designs are sold under the brand name Intrea. Apart from media persons, star-struck guests went berserk when Salman khan and Kareena kapoor entered the Roshanara Hall of Taj Palace. The race among lensmen to capture the actors resulted in shifting the spotlight from Kothari and her designs to the stars. Salman, who was at his charming best, refused to talk about his upcoming film “Jaan-e-Mann”. “I will not talk about my film. Ask me about fashion, jewellery,” he chuckled. Source: MSN

Salman Khan to appear in drag

Salman khan who plays the role of an actor in Sajid Nadidwala’s Jaan-E-Maan was initially reluctant to sport the disguise of a woman in the film. No surprise, considering Salman has a huge fan following for his macho image. However, there is a scene in thefilm where director Shirish Kunder wanted Salman to dress like a woman. According to assistant director of the movie, “The actor used to spend hours discussing the costume and the make-up for his make over. He didn’t want to make it look cheap. Salman Khan replacing Akshay Kumar for KKK4?

There is no doubt about the fact that Salman Khan is the hottest selling star at present, owing to his successful deliveries with ‘Dus Ka Dum’ and ‘Big Boss 4’ on the smaller screen and ‘Dabangg’ on the silver screen. So, it did not come as a surprise when Colors TV chose him over Khiladi Akshay Kumar for the Fourth Season of Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi. Sallu Bhai has already shot a promo for KKK4 in Bangkok while shooting for Bhushan Kumar’s ‘Ready’ implying that he has already signed the contract with the channel.
Now the problem is That Akshay Kumar is unaware of this fact and the channel is worried about how to break this news to him since he has already been signed for KKK4. Apparently, both the actor and the channel have an exit clause where one can opt out of the deal without having to break it. Colors is exploring this clause as Akki has already shot for a promo for KKK4 in South Africa in February.
When asked to comment, Colors head, Ashwini Yardi says, “I cannot say anything at this point.” While Akki and Sallu remained unavailable for comment.

Big Boss 4′ ready to add spice to the television screen from 2nd October

‘Big Boss 4’ has had its share of speculations, guesses and showdown of celebrities moving in and out of the Big Boss house. After much hullaboo of the host for the show’s fourth host finally zeroing in on Salman Khan, the other contestants have also been finalized. Interestingly, the contestants include some of the women with whom Salman has been associated in past including his ex Sangeeta Bijlani and Salman’s discovery and Aishwarya Rai’s look alike Sneha Ullal. Other contestants whose names are almost final now include Jackie Shroff, Rahul Mahajan’s wife Dimply Ganguly Mahajan, Rajesh Khanna, Avika Gor, Sara Khan, Chunky Pandey, Shaan, Shiney Ahuja, former bar dancer Tarannum, Simone Singh, Manoj Tiwari, and few more names. The contestants will enter the Bigg Boss house on 2nd of October which will be a live telecast from Lonavala (Ambey Valley), from 9 PM to 10 PM.
