Has Colin Firth accepted Aishwarya’s invitation to India?

Oscar winner Colin Firth is known to have warm links with our Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Bachchan who had been his co-star in ‘The Last Legion’. When the two met at Oscars this year, dormant sparks flared up and we do not need to mention here that the Bachchan bahu was all applauses when Firth was announced as winner of the Best Actor.
When the two met at the after-party, they decided to connect once again when Ash would be in Los Angeles later this month. Insiders also have it that Colin has also accepted Bachchan’s invitation for a trip to India.
As for Colin Firth’s trip to India, well we will have to wait and watch. Meanwhile you treat yourself with Aishwarya mesmerizing on the covers of ‘Verve’ this month……..

Deepika Padukone is certainly the flavour of the season, given her sizzling item number in ‘Dum Maro Dum’ and also her alleged affair with Siddhartha Mallya. No wonder, she graces the covers of two fashion magazines this month. She flaunts her curves in pink hue on the covers of Vogue India March 2011.
She also graces the covers of Firdous Summer Magazine 2011. Her photoshoot for Firdous Textile Summer Carnival Magazine 2011 has her posed in different colors and fabric designs.

SRK, Kajol, Big B and Madhuri come together for ‘Filmfare’ March issue

The March issue of the Filmfare magazine could not be bigger as it has some of the most talented Bollywood stars come together for the cover page. The covers of this glossy magazine features Big B, SRK, Kajol and Madhuri Dixit. Not to mention here that Madhuri Dixit outshines everyone else with her grace and poise and her pink skirt looks absolutely awesome.
These four had been the highlight of 56th Annual Filmfare Awards with Shahrukh Khan winning the best actor award for the portrayal of an autistic man in the film My Name is Khan, Kajol bagging in the best actress role for the same film and actor Amitabh Bachchan and actress Madhuri Dixit winning special awards for completing 40 years and 25 years with Indian cinema. The magazine covers the “Starry Starry Night” with some exclusive pictures and high drama of the 56th Annual Filmfare award night.
The issue also has Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Ranveer, Karan Johar, Farah Khan and Arbaaz Khan in the inside pages.

Vidya's fake bikini pic hits web , Vidya Balan upset by fake bikini shots

After Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan has become the latest victim of Photoshop. It has emerged that a picture showing her in a black bikini on the cover of a men's magazine is a doctored one.

The picture has been doing rounds online, but is clearly a fake one, reports Mid Day.
  Th e magazine has denied featuring Vidya Balan ever on their cover. Also the cover was marked as Annual 2011 issue, which cannot be true as the year has just begun.

Though Vidya Balan was not in town, a source close to the actress told Mid Day that she never did this photoshoot

Sonam Kapoor to promote Electrolux in India

Home appliances maker, Electrolux, known for its range of refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves and ACs, has signed Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor as its brand ambassador in India to promote their range through promotions, advertising and marketing.
“At Electrolux, we are currently rejuvenating our brand identity with a renewed focus on innovation and excellence in performance,” said Sajeev R, chief operating officer – Electrolux, PE Electronics Ltd.
PE Electronics Ltd, a new business unit that brings together Philips (range of television products) and Electrolux (range of home appliances) as a single entity under a unique brand licensee agreement is responsible for selling and promoting Electrolux.
Though the official confirmation is awaited, we are pretty much sure that this style diva of Bollywood will be promoting the brand.
